Returns Eligibility

• Due to the customized and personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Non-customized products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Return Process

• Contact our support team with your order number and issue details.
• Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
